YOUR PRIVACY & SAFEGUARDING:
In regards to your data is very important to us and there’s a few principles that we follow:
- We don’t ask for your personal information unless we truly needed it.
- We do not share your information with anyone else.
YOUR PHOTOSHOOT / THE IMAGES:
The images that are in your own personal online gallery are not edited / photoshopped in any way.
They are checked and sorted through thoroughly ensuring that they are the best images taken at our session.
Unless stated otherwise (by you, the client) the original images that you pick will be added into the editing list which means a service fee will be added in; this is either as per image to be edited or within a package you have selected.
Your images may look different in the end result: we do try our best in keeping the colours as close as possible but this is not a guarantee.
All images taken by Peggy Colclough or Paris Tsang of Colclough-Tsang Media, whether stored digitally or otherwise are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically, electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without written permission from Colclough-Tsang Media.
All digital files and prints remain the copyright of Colclough-Tsang Media.
We ask politely that you are in no way, shape or form allowed to edit the images received without permission, this also includes using filters on Facebook, Instagram and any other alternative phone apps / social media.
NO IMAGES EDITED AND/ OR PRINTED ARE INCLUDED.

We will double & triple check that you are happy with the final and total amount to be paid before your order is processed.
YOU WILL GET 28 DAYS FROM THE DAY WE HAVE A SESSION TO PICK YOU IMAGES, IF IN THAT TIME YOU DO NOT PICK / ORDER YOU PERSONAL ONLINE GALLERY WILL BE DELETED
PLEASE NOTE: Even though we do back up all images (originals included) onto a portable hard-drive, we cannot promise that your images will be available 6-12months down the line. Unfortunately, technology and appliances do have a habit of malfunctioning which is completely out of our control.
AUTHORISATION / OTHER PARTICIPANTS:
You, the client, must sign for two forms when on arrival:
FORM 1.) Is just to sign to say you’re happy for the image(s) to be used online, as merchandise and potentially on flyers to help with promotions of that certain session.
FORM 2.) Is name and breed of your dog, this is just to make it easier for us as and when (and with given permission by you) to show off your gorgeous hound(s).
You, the client, are signing the contact to agree on the authority and authorisation to sign on behalf of all other particular (all personal & pet to be included in the photos) of the photo shoot session, including all children.
If data protection is an issue and/or you’ve a legal reasons for your children and/or pets not being allowed to be uploaded for whatever reason, please let us know on the day of your booking. A note will be put in place to make sure to follow all procedures.
Please bear in mind that we are a very small independent business but we will consider refunds for the following:
- If you have paid for a session, but all your images are somehow corrupted and/or deleted by accident.
With this, we will offer a complimentary session. But if no date/time suits you, then we will offer a refund.
- If your PRINTED images are not to your expectations.
- Issues with USB stick: we will try our best to find an alternative solution before offering you a refund.
NO REFUNDS GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES:
- Your images have been edited.
We work hard and sometimes throughout the whole day to get your order finalised. Some images can and may take up to 2hours to our standards. So please bear this in mind. If something doesn’t look right, please contact the issue with Peggy and she will try her best with making it better.
- You do not turn up for your session without any giving warning.
If you have booked in for a session and it strictly states “Non-Refundable Booking Fee” under no circumstances are you entitled to a refund regardless if you have given notice or not. With events or even travelling to places, once you’ve booked in for that slot there is a slim chance that we are able to find someone else willing to take that time slot meaning that we’re loosing money. This is what we don’t please.
CANCELATION / NO SHOW:
CANCELATION: if you are no longer able to make your appointment for whatever reason, please give us at least 2 hours warning prior to your session. This is so we can organise an alternative date or be refunded the amount. If you have been booked through our online system, there is an option for your to change or cancel. If no other dates/time is available please get in contact.
NO SHOW: if you simply do not get in contact and not turn up to your session, you will:
- Loose your deposit which will result to having to pay for the deposit (or amount of session) again.
- If a complimentary or you had discount on the session, one of the following may happen:
a.) you will be blacklisted from the booking system and will no longer be able to take part in any complimentary / special offers in the future.
b.) be charged a £30 no-show fee, sent to you via email with QuickBooks invoice.
We can take payment through the following ways:
- If you’re collecting your package at the home studio in person: Cash or Card (we’ve got a machine!)
- If you’d like your package / only digital sent to you via email: PayPal or bank transfer.
If payment is to be made via BACS (AKA bank transfer) please use “YOUR NAME” (your actual name) as reference.
If payment is to be made VIA PayPal your end, please make sure you have selected “Family & Friends” option before sending.
We will only ask for payment as and when your images are ready.
Whether it be the digital edited sent to you via email or prints.
NO IMAGES SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL AND/OR POST WILL BE SENT OUT UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS.
What happens if Peggy has edited an image, but you’ve not picked or ordered it?
If you’ve given Peggy consent & permission for your images to be uploaded on facebook but would like the high-resolution copy of the image yourself, a charge of £5-£15 (per image) is required for the image to be released and sent out to you via email.
If you’d like that image as a print, please let Peggy know.
How long does it take for the images, to be edited and/or printed?
We take pride that we have a turn-around of your images to be edited within 14working days. However with busy and seasonal periods, this might change and your order might take a little longer than expected. Please bear this in mind during Christmas.
Your prints can take a few days to arrive.
I’m not close to Camborne area so what happens if I can’t collect my package?
If getting to Peggy is an issue, we will be able to consider posing your package to you. For this service, the cost could be anything between £2 - £6 to securely pack your images and post out to you.
We will always use either 1st or 2nd Class Signed For with Royal Mail.
This is to ensure you get your beautiful images sent to you safely as tracking code is available!
